“How much does that cost?” That might be the first question that comes to mind when you hire a video production company. A completely understandable question! The costs of a video production depends on many factors. It mainly has to do with your wishes such as: the length of the video, the number of shooting days, and the labor intensity during the editing process. At Merged Content Creators, our video productions often start from a price of €1250,-. Whether your marketing budget is small or large, we are happy to work with you to workout a plan that fits your wishes and budget.

Yes, we charge €0.25/km for a production car and €0.35/km for our production bus, which we use to transport our equipment.

We work on a half day or full day basis and therefore do not charge by the hour. A full day consists of 10 hours, including the time we spend travelling. Overtime hours worked beyond the 10 hour day is charged at 150% per hour. A half day of work consists of four hours, including the time we spend travelling.

The amount of time we spend on your project depends greatly on your requirements and their complexity. As a rule, we take about two days of editing work if we have a one-day job. This applies to a video of about one minute. Animated and 3D work will take longer.

This depends on the specific wishes and requirements per project. In general, the earlier and better we are informed about a production, the more efficiently we can plan everything.

Yes, in case of bad weather we can decide to reschedule up to 24 hours before the shoot. Should you cancel the shoot within 24 hours, for whatever reason, we will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee on the production costs.

A drone is allowed to fly at a maximum height of 120 meters above the ground. This may depend on the area where you are flying. The rules for flying a drone are set internationally and are constantly being adjusted. Basically, we can fly anywhere, but some areas may require additional permits. If this is the case, we will take care of the these permits for you!

We deliver our videos in 4K image quality as a standard feature. If you wish, we can also deliver them in 6K or even 8K image quality! We can also deliver any file format you require.

No.

Two rounds of feedback are standard in all our quotes. However, should you require additional feedback rounds then this is definitely possible. We can come to an agreement for additional feedback in advance.

In our standard project agreement, we typically include a specified number of revisions to ensure that the final animation or video aligns seamlessly with your vision and requirements. The number of revisions can vary based on the complexity and scope of the project. Typically, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions, allowing for feedback on elements such as animation sequences, visual aesthetics, and any other specific aspects outlined in the project brief.

In post-production:

1. Initial Draft Presentation:

– We present the initial draft, including edited footage.

2. Feedback Collection:

– Share feedback through comments or virtual meetings.

3. Revisions:

– Incorporate revisions, respecting a set number of rounds.

4. Documentation:

– Clearly document feedback for efficient implementation.

5. Progress Updates:

– Provide regular updates on revision progress. Based on the agreed revision rounds.

6. Approval and Sign-Off:

– We present the final product with audiomix, color correction and effects included for your last approval and initiate sign-off upon acceptance.

We can make the raw footage available for you. This is only possible after consulting with us. Please note that we will charge an additional fee for this service.

Yes, the music that we use in our videos is always free of any rights. If you have specific sound requirements, we can make it happen with a sound designer.

Technically…. this is possible. However, this is now how we work. We assign each person to their area of expertise. By working like this, we can guarantee the quality of our productions.
